i'm playing on a Samsung phone with One UI 7 (Galaxy A55) and the game keeps lagging and glitching when playing. If it could help, I tried playing on my friend's phone which doesn't have One UI 7 and it didn't glitch or lag.

Yes, it's been happening for MONTHS and there is zero incentive to fix it it seems. It's absolutely ridiculous how it's (not) being handled for so long... Moreover, Play Store doesn't even list the game as available anymore for some.

Yep, I for example (also using A55) don't have Balatro in the store at all anymore, it's like they completely pulled it out of the store. If we uninstall it, we'll lose our saves and yep, also the entire game. It would seem that no updates will be received either UNLESS they fix it and upload the game to the store again. I hope they didn't abandon us, because it seems like they did... the lack of official annoucements about this and that it was pulled out form the store and 0 communication from LocalThunk basically is very concerning...
If you live in the EU, you should be able to get a refund, some people in the link I sent said that they got it even if it was after months of playing.

I see. Unfortunately, I don’t live in the United States—I live in the land of NACHO TACO CHIMICHANGA (Mexico)—so I’m basically screwed. I know it’s kind of pointless, but I still sent an email to tech support to see what they say 🗿

Oh, yeah, in the case there's nothing to do. But United States players also can't get a refund likely, only European Union (that's what I meant) players can due to the consumer laws here it seems. So I might be able to try it but I am waiting because I have my save and all and am hoping it gets fixed...
Yeah, in the thread I sent we got some basic info from the support that they let the Devs know, but also that at present (it was months ago already) they can't do anything about it... ugh...
