Honestly I don't know what happened and I don't know if it's a visual bug or why it happened, it happened while I was playing on the phone, I went back to play the seed and the same thing happened I think it's a bug with the spectral card that destroys 5 cards from your hand.

You destroyed 5 cards while they were flipped? This obscures your knowledge of them, and the game does this by not telling which cards have been removed.
The cards that are visually in the deck are those cards that you destroyed. You never saw them get played so the game never flags that you’ve ‘seen’ them.
