Shop 1 buffoon pack gives baron, shop 2 or 3 gives a mime and there is a brainstorm in the shop somewhere around Ante 2 or 3. Was able to take this to ante 31 and got e305 🙁
There were also 3 souls throughout the run, none of which helped the build
