It would be an uncommon joker that would essentially be a reverse Oops all 6s, halving all probabilities. (1 in 2 - 1 in 4) This would be useful for glass builds and also possibly lowering the chance of rental and perishable jokers on gold stake, but have the trade off of things like wheel, bloodstone, etc.

I’ve seen many discussions about synergies with a potential joker that eliminates or lowers probabilities. The only good ones we’ve seen were glass cards and bananas… and that’s really it. With the current base jokers, there’s really not a lot out there to justify having a joker that aids in lowering probabilities right now.
There’s too many things like lucky cards and a ton of other jokers that would not enjoy this.
