Gains X0.05 Mult for each Mult Card drawn before first hand is played

Notes: This Joker has gone through a lot of design iterations to be honest. Originally, this Joker gained +1 Mult for each Mult Card drawn on the first hand drawn. However, I figured this version had more synergy with things like discard synergy and Mult Cards themselves (since Xmult synergizes a bit better with Mult Cards than +mult). I do feel like having such a small Xmult gain feels a bit modded; perhaps it could be changed to a higher number in exchange for making the effect trigger if the drawn hand contains a Mult Card instead. Let me know your thoughts!
