Tbh, I don’t think I would enjoy getting a legendary where the player can never know how exactly it will effect your cards with no way to rig the rng to get it to do what you want it to do

If I want glass cards, I’d use the justice tarot or death tarot to get them reliably

this has worse synergie with vampire since vamp only sucks enhancements, not seals or editions, and it's random for your concept. So worse than midas mask for example, by a lot. midas mask is just the best joker to combo with vamp full stop
