Joker prerequisites

Suit and rank specific jokers should only be able to appear if there's a valid suit and rank in deck, i.e Fibonacci can't appear if there are no Fibonacci ranks, bloodstone can't appear if there are no hearts, etc

Well then I feel like it should be that way but it would also prevent you from switching and make you continue the whole run with the same strategy which is kinda boring

if you don't have any of a certain rank or suit in your deck, then it's gonna be quite difficult to switch strategies anyway

I disagree in the other direction actually. I believe the enhancement based jokers should be allowed to appear regardless.
