Description: All Spectral cards are considered Tarot Cards

(Example: Similarly to Omen Globe, in any joker that mentions a Tarot Card like Vagabond for instance then there is a good chance that a Spectral card will appear instead of a Tarot Card)

In Arcana packs, Loose Strings would also apply, acting like a joker version of Omen Globe (or not, I haven't decided yet)

(PS: The reason it is called Loose Strings is because, like with marionettes, someone controls the mystical strings of the characters below it, however their fingers are loose which is why the mysticality of Spectral and Tarot cards are "blurred" in a sense.)

I think Soul and Black Hole should be their own type of card that isn't a Spectral so we can end this debate once and for all
