When a hand contains 5 cards , retriggers twice the two first or last cards depending on which ones add up to the highest.
(For example, if a hand contains 5-6-7-8-9, 5+6=11, 8+9=17, the joker will retrigger the 8 and the 9 twice)
I don't think it's necessarily a better hanging chad, since it's more complicated and requires playing 5 cards.
If it's a tie I thought it might retrigger the middle card several times but I fear it might be too much text
