Feels unbalanced. Usually in Balatro spectral cards require decent amounts of investment to obtain. Sixth sense is a partial exception but even then you’re giving up a hand and probably some discards to get the sixes (and said sixes diminish every round under most circumstances)

Also why is the 3 dollars there? Honestly I think it should be more like: when blind is selected 1/4 chance to create spectral card in inventory (must have space), 1/4 for 3 dollars, 2/4 for nothing

In exchange for random spectral cards every other blind, you lose 6$ and for the purposes of carrying things into rounds you have -1 consumable slot

I think that's more or less fair since they're spectral cards
