Rare Joker.

Doubles all chip values (except base chips of hand types and chips added to hand types from planet cards). For example:

Typical Cards:
An Ace would naturally give +22 chips.

Enhancements:
Bonus Cards would give +60 chips.
Stone Cards would give +100 chips.

Jokers
Stone Joker gives +50 chips per Stone Card.
Sly Joker gives +100 chips.
Odd Todd is no longer Odd as he gives +62 chips.
Scary Face gives +60 chips.
Ice Cream starts at 200 chips and decreases in increments of 10.

Foil gives +100 chips.

And so on.
