I was considering making the base reroll price 10 instead of 5 but that felt too cruel, so I switched it to scaling by 2 instead of 1

I love the idea of raising the odds for rarer jokers but there was that one cryptic deck that made them all have the same odds (except that also had the cryptic stuff) and that was not balanced

(And to add another note; this won't spawn jokers you already have, as even if they're "equally likely to appear," they've been removed from the pool atm. Think of Chaos in Isaac not refreshing item pools)
