Per $ you have?
this only hurts bull and bootstraps ðŸ˜
On ante 8’s finisher blind, this would increase by 1k for every dollar on white stake and 4k for every dollar on gold
Wait clarification @daring umbra is it 0.02x of the finisher blind’s value or is it 0.02x of the ante’s value
Because finisher blinds are already at 2x (6x for vessel) of the ante’s value
I’ll do calculations with both
For white stake assuming 0.02x of the finisher’s value:
- Each dollar would add 2k
- 25$ would be 50k extra (total 150k, 3x ante value)
- 50$ would be 100k extra (total 200k, 4x ante value)
- 100$ would be 200k extra (total 300k, 6x ante value)
You’d need to hold 100$ for this to match VV
given that it's increasing the Base, i think it's of the Small Blind
For white stake assuming 0.02x of the ante’s value:
- Each dollar would add 1k
- 25$ would be 25k extra (total 125k, 2.5x ante value)
- 50$ would be 50k extra (total 150k, 3x ante value)
- 100$ would be 100k extra (total 200k, 4x ante value)
You’d need to hold 200$ for this to match VV
For gold stake assuming 0.02x of the finisher’s value:
- Each dollar would add 8k
- 25$ would be 200k extra (total 600k, 3x ante value)
- 50$ would be 400k extra (total 800k, 4x ante value)
- 100$ would be 800k extra (total 1.2m, 6x ante value)
The math comes out the same
This is nearly always just worse VV
Interesting concept but doesn’t work
if we want it to become VV if you have $50, then:
2 + 50k = 6
50k = 4
k = 2/25 = 0.08
so 0.08x per $ would work
You can pretty easily just spend down all your money in the last shop with no consequence
yeah that really just means this only affects Bull and Bootstraps
