The fact that 2 of it's abilities are pure randomness

Unlike the wheel, debuffing cards is way harder to deal with than maybe 1 or 2 cards being upsidedown

Idk, i don't think it can be saved but maybe most played rank and least played rank, if it's a tie, then all are debuffed (to debuff more idk)

Bosses like this just discourage actually interesting hands like 4oak

Also doesn’t affect stuff like pair at all
