Unsure where else to post this, but I have beaten the Plasma deck on black stake like 2-3 times at this point and it is not upgrading. Any other unlocks (new jokers and such) carry over at least. I have not tested this on other decks yet so I don't know if it is isolated to plasma.

Nope. None of my clears on black stake have been seeded.
