problem with retriggers is that a "slight nerf" doesn't exist with such small quantities

like a slight nerf would be equivalent to half effectiveness or going from 2 -> 1 which is as slight as it can be

i see a lot of suggestions that get caught up in the scam of "2 retriggers" which instantly makes it a overpowered idea
