Honestly, I think it would be better if Cavendish included a tooltip saying "Can only appear once Gros Michel has gone extinct" even if that would go against the "Jokers can't name Jokers" guideline
Then it can still be a surprise the first time you get it, but once you have it you know how to make it show up again

I think Blank is alright being a hidden information kind of thing since all tier 2 Vouchers can only be found after their first tier has been redeemed
