1 in 6 chance for the Joker to not trigger when it is supposed to.

it doesnt play any sound effect or animation when u discover it like all other editions, nor does it have a label saying its counterfeit, but there is a slight color contrast difference if u look closely.

on the left is a 100% real genuine authentic Jimbo, and on the right is the deceitful and malicious counterfeit Jimbo .... be mindful out there friends !

That's a pretty neat idea. It might work better as like a challenge than a base edition, though. Either way it could definitely make the game more interesting

Make it so instead the word JOKER is in a dif font

No it's not, there is a difference in contrast, not color, colorblindness does not inhibit the ability to see the change in brightness.

On the card or in the name. Because both have problems. The joker on the side would need to have a wildly different font plus people might think it's a bug. Considering the IQ of balala players. And for the name, not every joker have joker in the name

Instead it should be listed as conterfite, can only appear in shops, and 50% less expensive

Counterfeit jokers would be still quite annoying just due to the rng, even without the worry of determining what jokers are counterfeit.

I think the only place they could belong in the main game would be challenges

That way they are only a little minigame and not something you always have to worry about.

I have perfect vision and I can barely tell a difference, especially if I’m playing a run in not gonna be like ‘hmmmm, sock and buskin looks 2% more saturated’

dawg it is still hard as hell to tell the difference, it shouldn't be this hard to see

It might just be how nitpicky I am, but the lack of shading in the face looks terrible and I see it because of that.

Regardless, the mechanic as a whole is unfun. We do not need more potential points of RNG to infuriate higher stake runs; especially not an edition which takes away the chance to foil, holo, or polychrome it

Yeah and tbh in terms of the aesthetics I’m never a fan of slight visual differences being a mechanic
