Expected behavior: joker status in collection updated to "not discovered" from "Locked"

Summary:

I just finished a run, where I was attempting to force the condition for "Onyx Agate" -- Have at least 30 Clubs in your deck. After I crossed the 30 club threshhold I didn't see a notification in game. After the run completed I didn't see the expected joker unlock prompt at the main menu.

I was specifically playing the 15 minute city challenge. By the end of the run in Ante 12, I had maybe 40+ Clubs in my deck. Clubs were acquired through Tarot: Moon, Death, and in shop with the magic trick voucher.

Hypothesis: Challenges are not treated as unseeded runs

Finally during my run I purchased and used the "undiscovered" and unlocked joker "The Tribe". However the "Tribe" remains unlocked and undiscovered in my collection.

I did trigger the "Rule Bender" Achievement as a result of this run though
