I'd rather if this was "played 10s retrigger the two cards to the right." Why? A 5oak 10s would give
"0R, 1R, 2R, 2R, 2R"

Or any FH with 3 10s could be
"0R, 1R, 2R, 2R, 1R"
(10, 10, 10, #, #"

Opening it up to be a much more potent retrigger joker that requires deckfixing, and can't work well with the first played card
