(AKA my first foray into lua coding that'll probably have Jokers that look... okay, probably? (IDK how to draw anything more advanced than stick figures, so yeah, don't expect great card art from me, lol)

Anyways, yeah, this is my brainstorming/idea dumping thread until I actually make this a thing, lol-

How Limbus Status Effects would hypothetically work in Balatro:

Applied to cards:

  • Burn: On cards, when held in the hand after a hand is played, loses chips
  • Bleed: Loses the card's chips scored when this card is scored
  • Poise: Has a chance of adding more chips depending on how many Poise stacks are on that card
  • Sinking: Has a chance based on Sinking stacks to not score. If that chance reaches 100%, that card is debuffed.
  • Rupture: When scored, this card adds a percentage of the blind's chip requirement to the blind.

(No idea how Tremor or Charge would work, lol)
