Stop gaining any money. This joker gains +0.2x Mult for each $ wasted.

Alt idea: Set money to $0 at the beginning of the round, gain +0.2x Mult for each $ destroyed.

The actual number of mult gained is subject to balancing. The second idea I feel is more in-line with how balatro currently functions but could theoretically be more OP.

That's kinda the tradeoff and it's what alt idea changes. The idea is having a good econ source which buys you good xmult scaling, sort of a continuation of bull-boots pipeline.

With alt idea you can actually buy things, as long as you have a good source of non-interest income
