Played Jacks give x4 mult (similar to triboulet)
Discarded Jacks give a permanent x1 mult

Based on the jester Will Sommers, which was known as king of the jesters, which are sort of similar to jacks. 🤷‍♂️
The king also eventually threatened to kill him because of his insults, which is why discarding jacks buffs this card.

This might mean kind of weird because you both want to play jacks and discard, but if you’re in a position where basically any hand beats the blind, you can start upgrading this Joker.

This is too strong and also breaks the guideline for jokers only having one effect (unless the other effect is a downside)
