Steel, stonstone, and glass have jokers that go with them, the other enhancements should get some to (do not bring up Lucky Cat or golden ticket)
Bonus Joker
Bonus cards gain +10 chips when scored
Mult Joker
Gains +1 Mult when mult cards are played
Wild Joker
Wild Cards cannot be debuffed, and give ×1.25 if they would be debuffed
Gold Joker
Gold Cards have a 1 in 3 chance return to hand when played
Lucky Joker
Lucky cards retrigger when a probability is successful (max 2 retriggers per card)

Wild Joker - uninteresting and underpowered

Speed vs niche, it could literally gain the 10 chips to itself and it still be on par with wee joker, not even that overpowered. Unlike hiker which can be used on any card, this can only be used on a minority of cards and requires you to work for it. While you can say fix to have 10+ bonus cards that you constantly upgrade, at that point you are so chip heavy that the rewards added onto the sheer amount of bonus cards you have are diminishing.

I could see it being bumped up to 12 or 15, as an uncommon it wouldn't be all that unbalanced.
