instead of going through every single joker in the game and deciding its “tier”…
a site would present the user with 2 random jokers and ask the user to pick the better one
the joker that gets picked gets +1 point and the other gets -1 point
with enough people, this should give a “leaderboard” ranking of sorts: the best jokers will have the most points, while the worst would have the least points
of course this requires a website and not just a google form but i think its worth it
