It has negative impact on steel cards and blue seals which are riskier to utilize with this joker

I think it may work better bring totally random in the card it destroys, allowing it to be played or held in hand. Nerf chips to 10 to 15 as well and it’s balanced I think

Lowering how much it scales is probably better for it

I like how you can go as low as 5 chips per hand unconditional with a secondary upside and yet still not even be that overpowered while square joker sits there at only 4 chips per hand with a condition to boot.
