Can we all collectively decide what each emojis mean when reacting with them?

Some definitions of frequently used emojis
gold_seal - best idea, no contest
☝️/👍 / 🔥 - good idea, upvote
👌 - a nice idea, more of quality of life than necessary
🟰 - its not a bad idea (there isn't anything wrong with it), but it's not an outstanding addition
⚙️ - idea that is either replicated in a mod, stolen from a mod, or better in a mod (not necessarily bad, not suited for vanilla)
nope - bad idea (this wouldn't work functionally)
♻️/again - idea that is "reposted" (suggested often, not necessarily bad)
❓ - this idea isn't explained well, confusing
📜 - way too much text (not bad just kinda annoying to read)
mr_bones/gros_michel - troll idea
localthunk - LocalThunk said he will not add ideas like these (xChips, negative playing cards, card selection quantity etc.)
📈 - Winmore (an idea that makes the game easier when already winning and not in general)
delayed_gratification - Invenstment (idea has potential but maybe some numbers need changing or other reasons)

For example a Joker that scales by 0.33x each Blind would be a better version of Madness

I propose if someone adds a react that’s not obvious at first then send a message like:
“popcorn this joker is delicious and buttery” or something describing the react

Especially since new people probably don’t know all the reacts
