Rarity: either rare or uncommon not sure

If any luck-based item succeeds (like lucky cards, wheel of fortune, etc even luck based jokers) retrigger it with even odds of winning. If the 2nd time wins also, does NOT retrigger a 3rd time. You need 2 Can't Stop Winnings' to be able to retrigger more than once

Does take Oops into account, meaning if it's a 4/4 chance the first time, it'll be a 4/4 chance the 2nd time too.

ask further if you wanna know what stuff like wheel of fortune does with a retrigger or smth

Would you rather (assuming the odds are 1/2) a guaranteed five triggers (5oak) or a 2/4 for a trigger, 1/4 for no trigger, and 1/4 for two triggers (5oak)
