with all the drama aside i think this is interesting but the % in the description feels a bit weird to me
i'm all for that transparency but at the same time it does sacrifice a lot of consistency in joker descriptions

The 2/5 + 2/5 + 1/5 would become 4/5 + 4/5 + 2/5 which is over 100%
So the percentages are better and clearer

Tho I dunno if this would be better as a voucher
i like having it as a joker because it makes for interesting decisions about how long you want to hold on to it for, whether it's worth swapping out a value generator, etc
the decision tree for the voucher version would essentially be "do i have $35?"
The issue is that at 3x, it becomes (10/75/15) and at 2x it's (40/50/10) which both feel kinda weird IMO

hone says that foil, holographic, and polychrome cards appear 2x as often but in reality polychrome is 3x as likely
illusion doesn't give seals at all
tarot and planet merchant/tycoon have a larger effect than you might expect (weights go from 4 to 9.6 to 32, rather than from 4 to 8 to 16)

it's not really a bug, there's just no code that would add seals
they just forgot to add the feature
