Since the set up is in the early antes, i might as well explain
step 1- skip both antes(trust the process,) once you beat the blind, get the soul for trib, then reroll once for bloodstone
step 2- after beating the small blind in ante 2, open the spectral pack. there should be an ankh inside.
step 3- sell bloodstone and use the ankh
