I think I know why I don’t like this: it’s kinda neat that you can reuse stuff like gold seal cards multiple times, but it’s too inconsistent to rely on. It could also put random junk back into your hand instead.

It also being a scoring joker seems a little off too, like is it meant to be more of a utility or scoring joker? 25 mult sounds really high

That downside coincidentally having a positive use is a bonus, not the intended usage

Returning cards to hand outright will usually be a penalty if it happens before said card scores

Thats why it not affecting hand type is important, it won't deny you a 4oak for example, just deny you card scoring
