From now on, there should be an OG mode that allows you to play past balatro versions, as with newer updates, other cards become increasingly harder to find. It reminds me of Minecraft, because i stopped playing that around 2020, maybe 2019 (sometime before netherite) and now i just sit there confused about what to do with the newer items.
