I saw some posts about jack of all trades and thought about the joker, which gives different effects depending on its position.

Joker of all trades - Legendary

Provide different effect based on position. Can be moved only outside of blind (Amber Acorn also dont work)
If placed first, the effect is:
+45 mult per scored card. Decrease by 20, if 2 card would score. Decrease by 25, if 3 card would score. Decrease by 30, if 4 card would score. Decrease by 35, if 5 card would score

If placed second, the effect is: Jokers scores before played hand

if placed anywhere between second and second to last joker, the effect is: any money earn during the round is doubled. When hand level is increased, 1/2 chance to get another

if placed second to last, the effect is: if a card is created during the blind (tarot, planet, spectral, Joker), create a random negative perishible (2 rounds) card from the same category

if placed last, the effect is: xChips for each scored card depending on rank, counting from the ace, where the ace is x1.1, faces - x1.2... 2 - x2.1

Don't sure if its compatible with copying joker abillity and if yes, what abillity should be copied

I know that all legendary jokers are real life jesters, too lazy to search for an actual IRL analog

Is it really that much un-vanilla? Because of xChips maybe?

This has 5 unique effects when base game jokers have only 1

Yes, but its not like all effects happen at the same time. You can use only one per round and cant even change it, unlike blueprint target

If this was on the base game, it would have to have a way simpler description

In my mind, discription says:
"Effect based on position
(Actual effect that occure on current position)"
So you cant see all effects in discription at the same time

but how would you be told any of its benefits, like how gross michel describes its benefits, like its mult and extinction chance. It should say what it does for each position in the description.
