At the start of the run i recommend going with 3oak (because ankh and polychrome trios)
Then at some point i found brainstorm, blueprint and baron
Also there is a joker that gives a dollar for each 9 in the full deck at around the start
Hieroglyph at ante (if i remember correctly) 6, petrolyph at 15
I got to ante 16, died from the boss
