actually i haven't yet used HtR properly in any of the runs I've won 😭
so I'm not sure what option would be the best to balance the difficulty

then you can't build your interest and still have to leave 1 or 2 hands for scoring
and for a1 and maybe a bit of a2 the moment you don't find 2 jacks ur dead
so maybe adding a rental drunkard helps with that and keeps the challenge hard
