Perhaps too strong on abandoned.

Normally, this would have anti-synergy with Ride the Bus, a pretty powerful scaling joker that you'd want to have. But on abandoned, both are instant pick ups, and they work almost too well together.

I like the idea though.

Personally, I think it's fine for certain jokers to be more powerful on certain decks. Fortune Teller on Zodiac, for example, or any specific rank joker on Erratic (given the right seed)

Also, it's not a ×3 which could be OP, it's "only" a ×2
