its a little modded feeling but i think its pretty balanced (maybe not rarity yet though) and useful. its a reference to a ace up your sleeve obviously

i think it has its uses

like lots of times for me its "if i had only drawn that one card i could have one" its i think not great for some builds but i think for others its not that bad

It's very niche, but I like it. A little control over what you draw sounds nice

This only works with high card, which in that case you don’t care much about what you draw

I feel like even in that case it’s a pretty weak effect, you could just get a discarding joker like Drunkard and dig for that one card easier
