These consumables focus more on temporary effects

Hagalaz - (chaos, transformation)
‐discards all of your cards but doesn't take them out ot the pool (like a reroll)

• Jera (abundance)
‐ +5 hand size for the round -1 for every hand played (the effect stops after 5 hands are played)

• Berkano (birth)
‐ Gives a random rare negative joker for 1 round
‐ Alternative (growth): gives polychrome to every joker for 1 round

• Ehwaz (progress)
‐ Creates a double tag and skips a blind but you still enter the shop

• Dagaz (balance)
‐ The next hand will balance chips and mult

• Perthro (change)
‐ Rerolls the entire shop (vouchers and packs too. No restock)

• Ansuz (message)
‐ Reveals the next 4 cards for 1 round in the form of ghost cards

• Algiz (protection)
‐ Prevents Death if chips scored are at least 10% of required chips (for 1 round)

How does the polychrome one work if your jokers already have editions

#

Does it override them for one round

#

Does Perthro work if you've bought out the shop?

lmao fair enough

#

As for Ansuz, how about making it so you have two boss blinds and can choose between them

#

For Ehwaz do you still get the tag for skipping that particular blind

The thing is that ansuz is related to a message or something

#

And wisdom

Either way more consumables are nice

New idea
Ansuz: reveals the next 4 cards for the duration of the round in the form of ghost cards

Where do you find these cards. Will there be a voucher to see them more what about a new deck. And if yes on the voucher then zodiac deck sould have it.

You can find runes in the shop or rune packs, and no voucher

I do like the idea of these temporary buffs though

It's hard to add more though

#

All runes are way to similar

#

So I gave up

It is fun to backseat game design though, and I think you’re on to something with temporary buff cards
