I changed the joker to remove chip scaling, but scale mult faster
(regarding rework) if I'm reading this correctly, you get it ante 1, but it doesn't scale until you enter ante 2, where it scores +4, and +12 against the boss blind
Which means in an ante 8 run, assuming you get it the first ante and don't get Hieroglyph, it caps at +28 (+84 vs. boss blind)
So it's a scaling joker that... actually kinda encourages skipping? Since if you're relying on its mult during boss blinds, chances are you're not going to score enough on a normal blind
