wheel is used once and doesn't hit
Wheel rolls AGAIN as a 1/4 and proc

If wheel were to have procced first, that first proc would still add an edition as well as the second proc if it were to land
this may just be a glorified oops but it has slightly different effects because two 1/4 chances is different to 1 2/4 chance

what if it just triggered the probability again even if the first outcome was successful

So you could get 2 procs from lucky card n stuff
