Inkwell

Has a 1 in 4 chance to turn card into spade version of said cards. The cards played if one was turned into one would not lose seals or the enhancement. Common joker 4 dollars.
(name idea from obelisk saves).

Bloodshed

Has a 1 in 4 chance to turn card into heart version of said cards. The cards played if one was turned into one would not lose seals or the enhancement. Common joker 4 dollars (name idea from dapper gentlemann).

Fore

Has a 1 in 4 chance to turn card into club version of said cards. The cards played if one was turned into one would not lose seals or the enhancement. Common joker 4 dollars.

Kite

Has a 1 in 4 chance to turn card into diamond version of said cards. The cards played if one was turned into one would not lose seals or the enhancement. Common joker 4 dollars (name idea from weather).

i think it should be 1/4

1/10 is crazy bad

faint violet
#

seems good for flushes

#

which flushes are bad

#

but flush houses and flush fives are really good

#

so idk this isn't bad

#

if i have an extra joker slot, ill take this

obtuse bolt
#

$4 Common that has a 25% to spade each card played. Doesn't sound too bad actuallt

#

Should come with a sister joker that does the same to Hearts

#

I'd probably call it "bloodshed" or something along those lines

I was thinking about creating cards for all suits I’m just primarily stuck on names but you just helped me with one

Your argument implies Joker isn't bad, since well, if you have the additional slot it'd help

#

its like 8 ball

#

Tbh I’d much rather have 8 ball over this if we’re comparing it to that

#

This is only useful for making flushes, and I don’t think adding 4 of these jokers to the pool will help much. Flushes need scoring to be usable, not deck fixing, and any tarot generator can still help make flushes

#

(Because it's insanely undertuned in that version)

#

I did apologize since, like ya said, it was changed

wheres the diamond one

#

Fuck diamonds

warm schooner
#

i think this is just kinda eh

#

has really similar utility to the suit tarots

#

i can only see this being used to like

#

convert kings or smth into hearts

#

or just convert a specific card into hearts

#

for blodostone

#

but because of the 1/4 chance id much rahter just find sun instead of wasitng a joker slot for an effect which might take a while for me to get

About diamonds I just don’t know what the names for diamonds would be

Diamond in the rough

I like it but it’s pretty lengthy

Maybe the spade one could be renamed to "Inkwell" (keeps theming while staying in line with the other one-word names)

The wording is overly lengthy, you can just say "change the suit", it is implied that the card is otherwise unchanged.

#

Example: Inkwell
Played cards have a 1 in 4 chance to change their suit to spades when scored.

#

Much more concise and avoids ambiguity with when the joker is triggered.

#

The suit modification jokers could also be changed to use a 1 in 3 chance and still be fairly weak.

And also. It's inkwell hell

#

The concept is neat but I feel having four is rather a lot of bloat; changing it to be one joker that has a 1 in 4 chance to convert card's suits to that of the suit you have most of in your deck would be cool I think

#

(if all equal, randomly pick one)

manic gulch
#

Or change the suit to the same suit of the first scored card.
So this doesn't work with high card (unless splash)

Since it allows you to double down on deckfixing you already have- not whatever deckfixing corresponds to the joker you find

I simply said if it's based off [most of suit in deck] it'd be too strong
