using a fool with the negative edition whilst having all slots filled causes slots to overfill
perhaps you can't use a negative fool in the consumable slots while having full consumable slots
this issue also occurs with a negative emperor (it gives at least 1 tarot) but not when the fool or emperor is in an arcana pack
