Streaming Entire Screen on Discord Causes Crash

I was trying to stream my entire screen onto discord and the game would shortly after start stuttering and then just crash. This doesn't happen when streaming the window, just the entire screen.

I have a steam recording showcasing it a little, but i dont know where to put it
