Since tarot packs have a small chance to have a legendary joker spectral card, and planet packs have a small chance to give black holes, why not have a spectral variant for standard packs aswell, where you can customise one card for your deck. It would let you completely customise 1 card to add to your deck, giving it whatever rank, suit, stamp and modifiers you want. For example you could choose to make a king of hearts with blue stamp, holographic and steel and add it to your deck. I think itd be a fun way to shake up a run and balance out all the pack types.
