You can skip the first 2 blinds to get a double tag and the madness for free, the madness is right after the boss, then there's an spectral pack in the same shop as the madness that has a ankh(if you skipped the first 2 the ankh i think its in another shop), then in round 12 you get the 3rd madness with other ankh. There's a burned joker and a hanging chad (both eternal), the chad is in ante 8 and the burned joker is after the final boss
