Values on jokers do not change.
Affects the following:
-Scaling jokers (green joker, runner, etc. also prevents jokers like obelisk from resetting.)
-Food jokers (Ice cream, Seltzer, etc.)
-Jokers that select a random card/hand type that changes every round (Idol, to-do-list, ancient joker)
-Invisible Joker/Loyalty Card (and other such jokers that must be held onto for some number of hands or rounds)
-Jokers with a Perishable sticker
Does NOT affect the following:
-Hiker (changes the values on playing cards, not jokers
-Self-destructing jokers (Mr. Bones, bananas): the self-destruction does not change the values on the joker.
-Retroactive scaling jokers (Satellite, Fortune-Teller, Erosion, etc.) The value on the joker only reflects the state of things, the actual effect of the joker is "gives you mult/money equal to some global variable"
-Editions applied to jokers via Hex/Wheel/Ectoplasm
Unsure whether this is a good idea or not, since it's partially detrimental, but it does enable some interesting strategies with scaling jokers that reset, or perishables.
