Effects for each deck
Red: -1 discard
Blue: -1 hand
Yellow and Green unaffected
Black loses 1 joker slot but gets a hand back (net benefit unless you're using a judgement mid-round for some reason)
Magic unaffected
Nebula gets a consumable slot (does nothing unless you hold an Emperor or High Priestess)
Ghost, Abandoned, Checkered, and Zodiac are unaffected
Painted loses 2 hand size (devastating) in exchange for 1 joker slot (does nothing unless you hold a Judgement or Wraith)
Anaglyph is unaffected
Plasma facken dies
Erratic unaffected
Overall just an underwhelming boss that seems solely dedicated to killing Plasma Deck (and Painted sometimes)
3 out of 5 decks are completely unaffected because their effects only apply at the beginning of the run, during shops, or at the end of the boss blind

you can do it for the yellow deck -10 dollars and for the checkered add 13 diamonds and 13 clubs but in exchange remove 13 spades and 13 hearts

This assumes that the checkered deck player hasn't already mostly suit-fixed toward one or the other of spades or hearts
I just don't think it would work for those decks since they're not persistent abilities of the deck
They're start-of-run boosts
