"Ulenspegel" (legendary joker)

Lore: Also known as "Eulenspiegel", this was a trickster or joker of some sorts, half myth, probably existed. His name translates to "owl mirror". He was known to hold up a mirror to the people around him, being not only a pain in the ass but also a critic of many things of course.

Tbh, I would love if LocalThunk included this fella in any way, just because of the lore and how well it would fit in between the other legendaries. So the effect idea obviously doesn't have to be this.

Effect (idea A): Copies ability of Joker to the left and right that do not score Mult or Chips.
Maybe this could be worded better, but it's basically a blueprint that goes two-ways, but will not copy Chips, +Mult or xMult. But will copy things like Hanging Chad, DNA, Perkeo etc.

I could also see his effect may be relating to glass cards with his namesake being a mirror which mostly (nowadays) use glass.
Effect (idea B): Turns all scored cards into glass cards. Glass cards never break.
But I'm not sure, sounds a little weak for a legendary.

Though as I see it all hand-level-assoziated cards have something to do with space and planets, so I'm not quite seeing it myself on this joker.
But's a nice idea and I will not complain should Localthunk put it in the game with that effect

That reflects his charecter in a really strong and unique effect

And it shares the lesser joker counter part,

Ulenspegel -> DNA

Ulenspegal shouldn't be BP/BS compatiable bc adding 25 cards to your hand is silly

And

I really think we need to discuss exactly how this interacts with BP/BS especially more than one BP/BS

It also doesnt fit BP/BS theme being the creation of something or an idea

As hes known for critizing ppl

Criticizing and/or just being a pain in the butt/playing tricks to get on everyones nerves.
Certainly he didn't do that to everyone, hence my idea is that he only copies jokers without Chips, +Mult or xMult.
And I think copying every possible joker in hand is a bit busted. 2 feels like juuust the right amount. And having them next to him makes for nice brain fuckery when it comes to joker placement whenever BP/BS are involved as well.
Of course I would say that he can copy BP/BS thus circumventing the "no scoring effect copy" thing. I think that's neat if you wanna do that.
But that sort of balancing is not something I consider myself to forge to perfection

would it copy Idol and by extension other jokers like It? it's an Xmult effect but It makes the playing card give the mult, the Idol itself doesn't have any Xmult ability

I would say no.
The xMult is mentioned in the description of the Idol, so all jokers like that don't work.

but that's boring because it's almost the same as with the kings
