I ran into an issue with the Luxury Tax challenge where if you use Ectoplasm, your hand size goes to 7 (at $0) or 6 (at $5). It seems to ignore the increased hand size for the challenge, as well as hand size vouchers

My hand size should have been 10 here (10 starting + 1 from paintbrush - 1 from Ecto - 0 from having less than 5 bucks)
