If played hand contains a Full House, it gains additional base chips and base mult equal to that of the sum of Pairs and Three of a Kinds’.
Wording might need tweaking but I hope that gets the general point across. Just supposed to be a lil more love for Full Houses.

Uncommon would be a good rarity for this
At base, this does give a sizable boost to the score of a Full house, but it gets better with other planet cards in addition to Earth. If it is Uncommon, it should cost something like $7 or $8
